Last night, Miss Ghana 2010 was held at Accra International Conference Centre in Accra, GHANA.
WINNER was Stephanie Karikari.
1st Runner-up was Frances Nyamikeh.
2nd Runner-up was Esther Gadagbui.
Stephanie will represent Ghana in Miss World 2011 pageant.
